生态脆弱区农户秸秆资源化利用行为选择及影响因素分析——以宁夏同心县丁塘镇农户调查为例

摘　　要：从农户秸秆资源化认知视角出发,以宁夏同心县丁塘镇为例,基于341户样本农户调研数据,采用多元Logistic模型对农户秸秆资源化处置方式及其影响因素进行实证分析。调查中数据显示:样本区域农户环保意识较弱,秸秆资源化利用程度较低。实证结果表明:农户对秸秆禁烧政策的关注程度、农户是否参加过秸秆利用技术培训、农户环保意识和资源节约认知水平对其秸秆资源化利用行为选择具有显著影响作用。为此,政府应加强农户环保宣传教育,积极发挥典型示范户带头作用,强化资金补贴政策的杠杆效应,合理发展秸秆加工产业,逐步拓宽秸秆收购市场,以激发农户秸秆资源化利用的积极性。Based on the survey data of 341 sample farmers of Ding town,this paper starts from the perspective of farmers’cognition of straw recycling,and make an empirical analysis of the straw recycling disposal mode and influencing factors by using multivariate Logistic model.The results showed that the farmers’awareness of environmental protection was weak and the utilization of straw was low.The degree of farmers’concern on straw no-burning policy,participation in straw utilization technology training,awareness of environmental protection and resource conservation have significant influence on their straw recycling behavior choice.At last,this paper proposed some recommendations for straw utilization policy-making:The government should strengthen the education of environmental protection on farmers and give full play to the leading role of typical model households;it should strengthen the leverage effect of capital subsidy policy and develop the straw processing industry reasonably.It should gradually expand the straw purchase market in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers straw resource utilization.
