乡村生态旅游、城乡一体化与生态文明建设——基于西北地区2004-2018年数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于西北地区5省区2004-2018年的数据,应用熵值法计算乡村生态旅游和生态文明建设综合得分,构建PVAR模型,通过广义矩估计、面板格兰杰因果关系检验、脉冲响应函数、方差分解等方法分析乡村生态旅游、城乡一体化对生态文明建设的影响。结果显示:乡村生态旅游与生态文明建设负相关,城乡一体化与生态文明建设正相关,但两者都不显著;乡村生态旅游、城乡一体化与生态文明建设三者在短期内的发展主要依靠自我推动,且城乡一体化、生态文明建设自我推动力更加显著。为此,应当加强环保监管力度,开发乡村生态旅游特色资源;坚持城乡统筹原则,建设城乡协调发展统一平台;建立城乡协作机制,促进生态文明持续发展。Based on the 15-years from 2004 to 2018 of 5 provinces(regions)in the northwest region,using entropy method to calculate the comprehensive score of rural ecotourism and ecological civilization construction,the paper constructs a PVAR model to analyze the impact of rural ecotourism and urban-rural integration on ecological civilization construction through generalized moment estimation,panel granger causality test,impulse response function and variance decomposition.The results show that rural ecotourism is negatively related to ecological civilization construction,and urban-rural integration is positively related to ecological civilization construction,but neither is significant;The development of rural ecotourism,urban-rural integration and ecological civilization construction in the short term mainly relies on self-motivation,and the self-motivation of urban-rural integration and ecological civilization construction are more significant.To this end,we should strengthen environmental protection supervision and developing rural ecological tourism resources,adhere to the principle of urban and rural planning and building a unified platform for coordinated urban and rural development,establish a cooperative mechanism for urban and rural areas to promote the sustainable development of ecological civilization.
