摘　　要：拼箱业务已逐步开展“门到门”服务,然而业务流程依然较为原始。文章提出基于互联网拼箱平台的拼箱流程改进建议,即从全流程视角,通过引入考虑送货顺序的循环取货作业,降低对拼箱仓库环节的依赖,实现对取送货流程的集成优化,从而缩短拼箱业务操作流程、实现拼箱成本的控制。The less-than-container-loading(LCL)business stays relatively primitive processes while gradually carried out“door-to-door”service,which generates development contradictions.This paper puts forward suggestions for improving the LCL process based on the LCL platform.By introduction of the cyclic pickup considering delivery order,there would be elimination of LCL warehouse,and integration on pickup and delivery process,so then shorten the LCL operation process and realize the cost control.
