摘　　要：大数据等新兴信息技术加速智慧供应链管理发展,企业对具有量化分析及优化决策能力的高级采购人才需求迫切。采购管理专业作为我国新兴专业,其人才培养方案建设仍在不断探索,现有课程体系往往忽略采购管理职能中“工程性”和“规划性”的技能培养。文章综合考虑“管理型”和“技能型”培养目标,研究专业量化分析类课程建设,以期完善专业培养方案,提高学生量化分析能力和素质,较好满足企业高级采购管理人才需求。Emerging information technologies such as big data accelerate the development of intelligent supply chain management.Enterprises have an urgent need for senior procurement talents with quantitative analysis and decision-making ability.As an emerging major in China,procurement management is still exploring the construction of its talent cultivation program,and the existing curriculum system often ignores the“engineering”and“planning”skill cultivation.This paper comprehensively considers the training objectives of“management”and“skill”,and studies the construction of specialized quantitative analysis courses,so as to improve the professional training program,improve students'quantitative analysis ability and quality,and better meet the needs of enterprises'senior purchasing management talents.
