摘 要:为研究一体化管柱油管特殊螺纹接头在井下复合载荷作用下的力学行为,对某生产气井一体化管柱的H接头的受力变形情况开展了数值模拟。结果表明:过扭上扣在提升密封性能的同时会导致H接头密封面发生屈服,轴向拉力和外压的作用会明显降低接头的密封性能,轴向压力和内压的作用对接头主密封面的密封性能影响较小,弯矩对接头的强度和密封性能影响较小。In order to research the mechanical behavior of special threaded joints of integrated tubing string under combined downhole loads,a numerical simulation was carried out for H special threaded joints of integrated tubing string in a gas well.The simulation results showed that,the over-torsional buckling can improve the sealing performance of H joints and meanwhile incurs yield of the sealing surface,and the axial tension and external pressure can significantly reduce the sealing performance of the H joints.Both axial pressure and internal pressure on the sealing performance of the main sealing surface of H joints was small,including the bending moment on the strength and strength of joints.
