摘 要:通过对某矿井防爆柴油机燃油预喷射进行模拟仿真试验,分析了预喷射间隔、预喷射油量对防爆柴油机排放的影响。结果显示:在预喷射油量一定时,随着预喷射间隔的增大,NO排放总体呈现先增加后减小的趋势,soot排放总体基本呈现先增加后减小再增加的趋势;在预喷射间隔为2°CA时,随着预喷射油量的增加,NO排放呈现先增加后减小再增加的趋势;在预喷射间隔12、22°CA时,NO的排放均有降低。在预喷射间隔2、22°CA时,随着预喷射油的逐渐增加,soot排放呈现先升高后降低的趋势。引用比例相对指标来仿真优化预喷射,得到预喷射最佳匹配方案。Through simulation and experiment on the fuel pilot-injection of a mine explosion-proof diesel engine,the influence of pilot-injection interval and pilot-injection oil quantity on the discharge of explosion-proof diesel engine was analyzed.The results showed that,when the pilot-injection oil mass keeps constant,with the increase of pilot-injection amount,all NO emission becomes lower than that in the single injection state and the soot emission shows an increasing trend;at a fixed pilot-injection interval,with the increase of pilot-injection interval,NO emission decreases obviously at first,and when a certain value is exceeded,the NO emission would rise sharply and the soot emission would increase first and then decrease.Adopting proportional relative index in statistics to simulate and optimize the pilot-injection can obtain the optimal value of NO and soot emission.
