气囊加压腹带在胎盘低置阴道分娩中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨气囊加压腹带在胎盘低置产妇阴道分娩中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年1~8月于中国医科大学附属第一医院因胎盘低置行阴道分娩的单胎足月初产妇,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组按诊疗常规处理,于第三产程给予缩宫素促进宫缩,观察组使用气囊加压腹带,比较两组产妇的分娩结局。结果:观察组第二、第三产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),胎盘娩出即时出血量和产后2小时出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产后3天红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血细胞压积明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后2小时生命体征和新生儿出生情况与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:气囊加压腹带可改善胎盘低置产妇的阴道分娩结局,减少产后出血,对产妇和新生儿无不良影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of the balloon abdominal pressure belt on vaginal deliveries with low-lying placenta.Methods:Full-term primiparas with low-lying placenta undergoing single vaginal deliveries were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the study group(n=30).The patients in the control group were handled by the routine treatment.The women in the experimental group were treated with the balloon abdominal pressure belt.The outcome of delivery in the two groups was compared.Results:The balloon abdominal pressure belt could shorten the time of the second and third stage of delivery.The immediate bleeding volume after placenta expulsion and 2-hour postpartum bleeding volume in the study group were evidently less than those in the control group,in addition,the RBC count,hemoglobin and hematocrit of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group on the third day after delivery(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in 2 hours postnatal vital signs and the status of neonates between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:The balloon abdominal pressure belt can improve the outcome of delivery in females with low-lying placenta,as well as reducing postpartum hemorrhage without adverse effects on women and neonates.
