摘　　要：随着时代的发展和进步,高校学生工作者过去的经验对融入及教导学生已经体现出不足,为了学生的全面健康发展,在行动上面做到广泛,富有色彩,与时俱进,能够做到与学生共同成长进步,和学生融洽相处是非常有必要的,具体可以从注重引导作用、正确对待学生的事情、持续的关怀、建立良好的班委团队、适当帮助、适当批评六个方面去完善和促进师生关系。With the development and progress of the times, the past experience of college student workers has become insufficient for the integration and teaching of students. In order to achieve the comprehensive and healthy development of students, they must be extensive, colorful, and keep pace with the times. It is necessary to grow and progress together with students and get along well with students. It can be improved in six aspects: focusing on guidance, treating students properly, continuing care, establishing a good team of class committees, appropriate help, and appropriate criticism. And promote teacher-student relationships.
