摘 要:概述湿法磷酸的生产工艺流程,通过对半水-二水法、二水法磷酸生产过程中伴随磷矿带入杂质的分布情况进行取样分析及测算,总结出半水-二水法生产的成品磷酸中F、SO42-、固相物、m(杂质)/m(P2O5)均低于二水法生产的浓磷酸,更有利于后续磷复肥生产。The production processes of WPA are summarized. By sampling, analyzing and calculating the distribution of impurities brought by phosphate rock during the phosphoric acid production by DH process and HDH process, it is concluded that the mass fraction of F, SO42-, solid, and mass ratio of impurities to P2O5 in the finished phosphoric acid produced by the HDH method are lower than the concentrated phosphoric acid produced by DH method, which is more favorable for the subsequent production of phosphate and compound fertilizer.
