ROP在云南汉白彝三族的发病率及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究ROP在云南省汉族、白族和彝族的发病率和影响因素。方法使用RetcamⅢ宽视野数码眼底照相机对2009年6月至2018年10月1706名汉族、252名彝族、75名白族早产儿(出生体重≤2000g)进行视网膜照相,多因素Logisitic分析发病率,分析出生体重、胎龄、母亲生育年龄、NICU住院时间、吸氧时间影响因素。结果汉族、白族、彝族的ROP发病率分别为18.76%、5.33%、25.79%,三组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。汉族、白族、彝族早产儿出生体重比较F=9.912,P<0.001;胎龄比较F=9.416,P<0.001;母亲生育年龄比较:F=4.467,P=0.012;NICU住院时间比较:F=32.254,P=0.000;吸氧时间比较:F=15.732,P<0.001。结论云南省汉族、白族、彝族ROP发生率存在差异,与出生体重胎龄、母亲生育年龄、NICU住院时间、吸氧时间有关。Objective To determine differences incidence of retinopathy of prematurity between the Han,the Bai,the Yi nationality and analyze differences in ROP among these different nationalities in Yunnan.Methods 1706 cases of the Han nationality,252 cases of the Yi nationality,75 cases of the Bai nationality of prematurity and infants were examined by RetcamⅢand birth weight,gestational age,maternal age,oxygen time,time in hospital were recorded..Results The incidence of ROP in the Han、Bai、Yi nationalities,respectively is 18.76%、5.33%、25.79%(P<0.001),Comparison of birth weight,gestational age,maternal age,oxygen time,time in hospital among different nationality,there were significant differences.Conclusions The incidence of ROP in the Han、Bai、Yi nationality in Yunnan province is different,this difference is related to birth weight,gestational age,maternal age,oxygen time,time in hospital.
