摘　　要：本文探讨了货币体系在美索不达米亚的起源,比较了古典时代罗马、希腊货币和债务发展经历与近东的不同,并对后古典时代政府和私人控制货币在不同历史阶段的结果进行了对比。在此基础上,本文讨论了货币起源理论的几个典型问题,并就不同理论对现代公共政策的影响进行了总结。This paper explores the origin of the currency system in Mesopotamia and compares Roman and Greek currencies and debt in the classical era with those of the Near East.It analyzes the results of the post-classical government and privately controlled currency at different historical stages.This paper also discusses several typical issues related to the theory on the origin of money and summarizes the impact of different theories on modern public policy.
