摘 要:使用溶胶凝胶法在氧化铝基板上涂敷一层二氧化钛溶胶,煅烧后形成诱导层,随后用水热法在诱导层上生长纳米棒,研究水热前驱液中钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)浓度对二氧化钛纳米棒薄膜生长的影响,用XRD、SEM、TEM对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征,使用接触角测量仪测试样品的润湿性。测试结果表明:涂敷诱导层可以让氧化铝基板上生长出致密的单晶生长的金红石相二氧化钛纳米棒薄膜,生长的晶面方向为(0,0,1);当水热前驱液中钛酸四丁酯浓度逐渐增大时,基片表面先是生成棒状二氧化钛,与水的接触角逐渐增大,最高可达到102.475°,随后纳米棒逐渐聚集,生成集束状和球状二氧化钛,接触角开始减小,最小可达到4.455°。A layer of titanium dioxide sol was coated on alumina substrate by sol-gel method,and then the induction layer was formed after calcination.Then nanorods were grown on the induction layer by hydrothermal method.The effect of tetrabutyl titanate(TBOT)concentration in hydrothermal precursor on the growth of TiO 2 nanorod films was studied.The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.The wettability of the samples was measured by contact angle meter.The test results show that the coating can make the compact single crystal growth of rutile titania nanorod film on the alumina substrate,and the growth direction is(0,0,1);when the concentration of tetrabutyl titanate in hydrothermal precursor increased gradually,the surface of the substrate first generated rod-shaped titania,and the contact angle with water increased gradually,up to 102.475°.Then the nanorods gradually gathered to form cluster and spherical titanium dioxide,and the contact angle began to decrease,up to minimum of 4.455°.
