摘 要:为探究扬州市城区水体和表层沉积物中有机氯农药(OCPs)的季节性污染特征及来源,于枯水期和丰水期采集扬州市城区代表性5个样点水体和表层沉积物,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对16种OCPs含量进行分析。结果表明:各样点的水体、表层沉积物中OCPs总量分别为343.42~1 101.29和80.28~5 434.59 ng·g^-1(DW), DDTs和HCHs检出量占OCPs总量的比例为66.87%~97.74%,检出率高达100%,说明水体和表层沉积物中主要以HCHs和DDTs为主;风险性评估表明水体中OCPs浓度未超过国家标准限值,说明水体基本不会对本地区环境造成危害和污染,表层沉积物中OCPs浓度存在一定的生态风险,需进一步监测和研究。这一研究对城市水体环境的污染治理具有一定的指导意义。In order to study the seasonal pollution characteristics and sources of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in water and surface sediments, this paper took the urban areas of Yangzhou as an example, water and surface sediments of five sites were collected during low-water season and high-water season. The contents of 16 OCPs were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and the results showed that the total contents of OCPs in water and surface sediments of five sites in the study area ranged from 343.42-1 101.29 and 80.28-5 434.59 ng·g^-1(DW). Respectively, DDTs and HCHs accounted for 66.87%-97.74% of the total, and the detection rate was as high as 100%, indicating that the pollutants in water and sediment were mainly HCHs and DDTs. The concentration of OCPs in the water did not exceed the standard limit, which indicated that the water of the urban areas of Yangzhou caused no harm and pollution to the environment in this area. While there were certain ecological risks in the OCPs in surface sediments, which caused harm to the ecological environment, and further monitoring and research were needed. The research has important guiding significance for the pollution control of urban water environment.
