升流式碳酸钙接触器淡化水调质技术研究

摘  要:再溶解矿石法是淡化海水作为饮用水水源的重要调质手段。在液态二氧化碳不易获得的海岛或偏远地区实施海水淡化工程,可采用高品质硫酸酸化溶解矿石法进行淡化水调质。在实施生活用水的海水淡化工程中,为解决硼超标的问题,可通过提高进水pH来增加硼的去除率,淡化出水的pH会随之上升。针对该情况,本研究采用硫酸酸化一部分淡化水后自下而上通过碳酸钙接触器对淡化水进行调质,调质出水与未经调质的高pH淡化水以一定的比例直接掺混,在合适的掺混比例下淡化水能够满足推荐的调质水水质指标和饮用水水质指标,可作为稳定的饮用水水源。The desalinated seawater can be used for drinking water after mineralization to solve the water crisis in the coastal city and island.High quality sulfuric acid can be used to mineralize the desalinated water as the substitute of liquid carbon dioxide in the case of unavailability.In the implementation of seawater desalination project for domestic water,the influent pH was increased to increase the boron removal rate,so the pH of desalinated effluent would increase.In this study,a part of the desalinated water acidized by sulfuric acid flowed through the calcium carbonate contactor from bottom to top,the effluent was then mixed with the desalinated water with high pH in a certain portion to meet the recommended mineralized water quality and drinking water standard,which can be used as the stable source of drinking water.
