摘 要:在序批式反应器(SBR)中分别添加彗星式丝状纤维滤料和Kaldnes填料组成序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)R1和R2,接种城市污水处理厂二沉池回流浓缩污泥,旨在探求添加不同生物填料和接种普通污泥对快速启动厌氧氨氧化反应器的影响。结果表明,R1仅历时39d成功启动厌氧氨氧化,NH4^+-N、NO2^--N及TN去除率分别为98.0%、88.2%及82.3%;成功启动初期,化学计量比平均值为1:1.28:0.22,接近理论值1:1.32:0.26;稳定运行期间,高通量测序结果表明,浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)相对丰度从1.97%增至60.06%,而变形菌门(Proteobacteria)从65.75%降至15.19%,CandidatusJettenia为主要菌属,丰度最高,占比为45.36%,是反应器内唯一的厌氧氨氧化菌,SM1A02属占比达到13.11%,实现了快速高效富集。R2培养111d后未成功启动厌氧氨氧化。In order to investigate the effect of adding different biological fillers and inoculation of ordinary sludge on the rapid start-up of anammox reactor,comet filamentous filter material and Kaldnes filler which were added to the SBR were constructed SBBR,inoculated the secondary sedimentation tank reflux concentrated sludge of the municipal sewage treatment plant,respectively.Results showed that R1 was started successfully anammox in only 39 days,and the removal rates of NH4^+-N,NO2^--N,and TN were 98.0%,88.2%,and 82.3%,respectively.In the initial stage,the average stoichiometric ratios of NH4^+-N,NO2^--N,and NO3^--N was 1:1.28:0.22,which was closed to the theoretical value 1:1.32:0.26.During stable operation,high-throughput sequencing results showed that the relative abundance of Planctomycetes increased from 1.97%to 60.06%,while Proteobacteria decreased from 65.75%to 15.19%,CandidatusJettenia was the only anammox bacteria in the reactor,while the species abundance was 45.36%and the proportion of SM1A02 genera reached 13.11%,which achieving rapid and efficient enrichment.After 111 days of R2 operation,anammox was not successfully started.
