摘  要:以十六胺(HDA)为结构导向剂,钛酸异丙酯(TIP)为钛源,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备球形介孔二氧化钛(TiO2),考察制备条件对其形貌的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和全自动比表面积测量仪等对样品进行表征。结果表明:HDA添加量改变胶束数量,KCl含量改变溶液离子强度,TIP和H2O添加量改变水解、缩合速度,溶剂种类和温度影响水解产物扩散速度,均会对样品形貌造成影响;合成的前驱体是无定型TiO2,500℃下经过2 h的高温煅烧后,TiO2的晶型由无定型转变为锐钛矿型,比表面积由7.34 m^2/g增大到33.51 m^2/g,吸附-脱附等温线由Ⅲ型等温线转变为Ⅳ型等温线,最概然孔径为3.794 nm。Mesoporous spherical titanium dioxide(TiO2)was prepared by sol-gel method with hexadecylamine(HDA)as the structure-directing agent,titanium(IV)isopropoxide(TIP)as the titanium source,and absolute ethanol as the solvent.The effects of preparation conditions on the morphology of spherical TiO2 were investigated.The spherical TiO2 was characterized by SEM,XRD and BET.The results showed that,the HDA dosage changed the amount of micelles,and the KCl content changed the ionic strength,and the hydrolysis and condensation rate were determined by the content of TIP and H2O,and the diffusion rate of hydrolysate was affected by the solvent type and temperature,which influenced the morphology of spherical TiO2;While the synthesized precursor was amorphous TiO2 and the phase transformed from amorphous to anatase crystal after calcination at 500℃for 2 h.Meanwhile,the specific surface area increased from 7.34 m^2/g to 33.51 m^2/g,the adsorption-desorption iso-therm changed from type III isotherm to type IV isotherm,and the most probable pore size was 3.794 nm.
