摘 要:采用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR),以聚丙烯悬浮生物填料作为实验填料,在相同的条件下运行,分别对高负荷和低负荷下培养的悬浮生物填料的生物膜附着生长情况,去除COD、PO4^3--P、NH3-N以及释放磷酸盐的性能进行对比研究。结果表明,经过30 d的培养后,高负荷下培养的悬浮生物填料性能较好,2 h内对COD、PO4^3--P、NH3-N的平均去除率分别为44.4%、24.3%、29.5%,磷酸盐释放量为2.0 mg/L,其分泌的胞外聚合物含量远大于低负荷组,微生物活性较高,且培养时间短,能够快速启动,但30 d挂膜率较低,仅为8.6%。In order to study the biofilm growth of suspended polypropylene bio-filler cultured under high and low loads in SBBR,and their performance of COD,phosphate,ammonia nitrogen and releasing phosphate removal were compared.The two reactors operated under the same conditions.The results showed that,the suspended biological filler cultured under high load had better performance after 30 days of incubation,the average removal rates of COD,phosphate and ammonia nitrogen in 2 h were 44.4%,24.3%and 29.5%respectively,maximum release of phosphate was 2.0 mg/L,it secreted much more EPS than the low load group,microbial activity was high,incubation time was short,and could start quickly.But the film-forming rate was lower of only 8.6%within 30 d.
