摘 要:采用自制的厌氧颗粒污泥膨胀床(EGSB)反应器对奶牛养殖废水进行预处理实验,考察了EGSB反应器的启动及反应器稳定运行期间COD、氨氮的变化情况,研究了COD、水力停留时间(HRT)、上升流速(vup)、容积负荷等参数对反应器运行效果的影响,确定了反应器最佳运行条件。结果表明,EGSB反应器随着启动时间的增加,COD去除率不断提高,启动3个月后达到70%~75%,认为启动成功,进入稳定运行阶段;稳定运行35 d后,COD平均去除率为80%。对EGSB反应器的运行控制参数进行了优化,在温度35℃,进水COD为5000 mg/L,水力停留时间16 h,上升流速2.2 m/h的最佳工况下,COD去除率为85.3%,出水COD为735 mg/L。The self-made anaerobic granular sludge expanded bed(EGSB)reactor was used to pretreat the dairy cattle wastewater.The startup of the EGSB reactor and the changes of COD and ammonia nitrogen during the stable operation of the reactor were investigated.The effects of COD concentration,hydraulic retention time(HRT),rising flow rate(vup)and volumetric load on the operation effect of the reactor were studied,and the optimal operating conditions of the reactor was determined.The results showed that the COD removal rate of EGSB reactor increased with the increase of start-up time,and reached 70%~75%after 3 months of startup.It was considered that the startup was successful and entered the stable operation stage.After 35 days of stable operation,the average COD removal rate was 80%.The operating control parameters of the EGSB reactor was optimized,under the optimal conditions of temperature was 35℃,influent COD concentration was 5000 mg/L,hydraulic retention time was 16 h,and rising flow rate was 2.2 m/h,the COD removal rate was 85.3%,and the effluent COD concentration was 735 mg/L.
