摘 要:采用混凝沉淀+两级A/O+MBR+活性炭过滤组合工艺处理胶囊生产废水。运行结果表明,系统对主要的污染物COD和氨氮的平均去除率分别达到了97.1%和98.1%,处理后出水水质达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。该工艺运行效果稳定,可为同类胶囊生产废水处理工艺路线选择提供参考。Coagulation-sedimentation/two-stage/A/O/MBR/activated carbon filtration combined process was used to treat the capsule production wastewater.The operation results showed that,theaverage removal rate of COD and NH3-N reached 97.1%and 98.1%respectively,the effluent quality could meet the first level A standard of’Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant’(GB18918-2002).The operation effect of this process was stable,which could provide reference for the route selection of similar processes of capsule production wastewater treatment.
