手术室优质护理模式在子宫肌瘤切除患者中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究手术室优质护理模式在子宫肌瘤切除患者中的效果。方法:选择子宫肌瘤切除患者作为本次研究对象,根据其入院顺序对其进行分组,将200例子宫肌瘤切除患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组实施手术室优质护理模式;对照组实施常规护理模式,将两组各项手术指标、焦虑和抑郁评分、护理满意度进行对比。结果:观察组子宫肌瘤切除患者各项手术指标与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组子宫肌瘤切除患者SAS评分(15.21±1.41)分、SDS评分(14.23±1.02)分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组子宫肌瘤切除患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室优质护理模式在子宫肌瘤切除患者中的效果十分显著,能改善患者手术指标,降低并发症风险,提高治疗效果。Objective:To study the effect of superior nursing mode in operating room in patients with uterine myoma resection.Methods:The patients with uterine myoma resection were selected as the subject of this study.According to the order of admission,200 patients with uterine myoma resection were grouped into two groups.The observation group implemented the high-quality nursing model of the operating room.The control group carried out the routine nursing model and compared the two groups with various surgical indicators,anxiety and depression score and nursing satisfaction.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the surgical parameters of patients with uterine myoma resection in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,SAS(15.21±1.41)and SDS(14.23±1.02)were all lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients with uterine myoma resection in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing model of operating room is very effective in the patients with hysterectomy,which can improve the surgical index of patients,reduce the risk of complications and improve the therapeutic effect.
