子痫前期孕产妇应用血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸等指标检测的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对子痫前期孕产妇进行血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸等指标检测的临床价值。方法:2016年7月至2019年2月,选取本院诊治的子痫前期患者共计80例,其中轻度子痫前期患者40例,重度子痫前期患者40例,并选取同期30例正常妊娠孕妇,然后检测各组的血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸指标。结果:检测结果显示,三组人群血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸等肾功能指标比较,轻度子痫前期组各项检测指标均低于重度子痫前期组(P<0.01);同时均高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01)。结论:对子痫前期患者肾功能损害程度的临床诊断,血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸等指标的检测具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical value of serum urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid and other indicators in pregnant women with preeclampsia.Methods:From July 2016 to February 2019,a total of 80 cases of preeclampsia patients were selected from our hospital,including 40 cases of mild preeclampsia patients and 40 cases of severe preeclampsia patients.30 normal pregnant women were selected during the same period,and then the indexes of serum urea nitrogen,creatinine and uric acid in each group were tested.Results:The test results showed that the renal indexes of serum urea nitrogen,creatinine and uric acid in the three groups were lower in the mild preeclampsia group than in the severe preeclampsia group(P<0.01);All of them were higher than normal pregnancy group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The detection of serum urea nitrogen,creatinine and uric acid has important application value for the clinical diagnosis of renal impairment in patients with preeclampsia.
