摘 要:目的通过对高压氧舱密闭环境中预防气管切开患者发生下呼吸道感染护理干预的研究,降低下呼吸道感染发生率,改善患者预后。方法将62例行高压氧治疗的气管切开患者按随机数字表分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用流程干预护理。结果对照组肺部感染发生率11%,观察组感染发生率4%,两组患者肺部感染发生率存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论流程干预护理有效地保证了高压氧治疗中消毒隔离工作各环节的无缝衔接,能有效降低高压氧舱密闭环境治疗中气管切开患者下呼吸道感染发生率,对下呼吸道感染的预防具有积极的作用并值得进一步研究。Objective Through the study of nursing intervention to prevent lower respiratory tract infection in the closed environment of hyperbaric oxygen chamber to reduce the incidence of lower respiratory tract infection and improve the prognosis of patients with tracheotomy. Methods 62 patients with tracheotomy treated by hyperbaric oxygen were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given process intervention nursing. Results The incidence of pulmonary infection was 11% in the control group and 4% in the observation group. There was a significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary infection between the two l groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Process intervention nursing can effectively ensure the seamless connection of disinfection and isolation in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, effectively reduce the incidence of lower respiratory tract infection in tracheotomy patients in closed-loop hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment, and it plays a positive role in the prevention of lower respiratory tract infection, which is worthy of further study.
