摘 要:目的分析2015~2017年新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院ICU分离的肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药情况。方法对ICU分离的痰标本进行药敏试验,并按2015年CLSI标准判断药敏试验结果,采用WHONET5.6软件,对分离菌作回顾性统计分析。结果2015~2017年共分离412株肺炎克雷伯菌,检出量逐年下降。耐药率逐年增多。结论药敏结果显示近三年肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率呈增长趋势,临床应重视耐药监测结果,合理使用抗菌药物。Objective To analyze drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from ICU at people’s hospital of Xinjiang from2015 to 2017. Methods strains isolated from sputum of patients at ICU were analyzed by drug sensitivity test, and the results of drug sensitivity test were estimated according to clinical and laboratory standards in 2015. Strains were analyzed through software of WHONET5.6 and were measured by retrospective statistical analysis. Results There were 412 cases of Klebsiella pneumoniae which were isolated from sputum from 2015 to 2017, and their detection rate decreased year by year, while the rate of drug resistance were increased year after year. Conclusions Drug susceptibility test showed that the drug resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae were increased in last three years. More attention should be payed to the drug resistance monitoring and rational use of antibiotics should be strengthened in clinic.
