摘　　要：茶叶中富含多种特殊的营养成分,具有抗氧化、抗突变、抗菌及降血脂等多种功能。茶叶及提取物作为一种绿色、纯天然的饲料添加剂逐渐应用于畜禽生产中。文章就茶叶的主要营养成分、茶叶及其提取物在养猪生产中的应用情况、存在的问题做了总结分析,旨在为茶及提取物在养猪生产中的合理应用提供依据。Tea is rich in a variety of special business ingredients,and has a variety of functions such as anti-oxidation,anti-mutation,antibacterial,and blood lipid reduction.In recent years,tea and extracts have been increasingly used in livestock and poultry production as a functional feed additive.This article summarizes and analyzes the main nutritional components of tea,the application of tea and its extracts in poultry production,and existing problems,in order to provide a basis for the rational application of tea and extracts in pig production.
