摘 要:制备了一种磺化聚苯醚质子交换膜,通过控制磺化比例进行了优化。采用核磁共振及红外光谱测试确定了磺化产物,采用热失重分析仪和拉力机进行了热稳定性能及拉伸性能测试,并进行了尺寸稳定性计算及交流阻抗测试。结果表明:氯磺酸和聚苯醚物质的量之比为0.45时,磺化度为40.69%的磺化聚苯醚(SPPO)为最佳,质子传导性能达7.13×10^-4S/cm,尺寸稳定性及拉伸性能均优于Nafion 117膜,成本也较低,可作为质子交换膜或作为复合膜的基体材料。A kind of sulfonated poly(2,4-dimethyl-phenylene oxide)(SPPO)proton conductive membrane was synthesized,which was optimal designed by adjusting the ratios of sulfonation.NMR and FT-IR were used to identify the products.Moreover,the heat stability and tensile strength were tested by TGA and tensile machine separately.The dimensional stability and proton conductivity were also detected.Results showed that the best SPPO membrane was made in the molar ratio 0.45of chlorosulfonic acid/poly(2,4-dimethyl-phenylene oxide)(PPO)and the optimum degree of sulfonation was 40.69%.The proton conductivity of SPPO membrane reached 7.13×10^-4S/cm.Meanwhile,the dimensional stability and tensile strength of low cost SPPO membrane were better than Nafion 117membrane.In the future,the SPPO membrane could be applied to proton conductive membrane or the matrix materials of hybrid membrane.
