摘　　要：装配式建筑产业链管理是装配式建筑实现的重要前提,但目前国内的建筑产业链管理体系尚存在不足。基于文献理论分析和工程实践经验,阐述装配式建筑概念与产业链优势,运用物理、事理、人理(WSR)系统方法论,对装配式建筑产业链管理体系的构建要素进行探析,结合产业价值链理论,构建装配式建筑产业链管理体系,为国内装配式建筑产业链管理体系的发展与应用提供参考。Assembled construction industry chain management is an important prerequisite for the realization of assembled construction,but there are some shortcomings in the construction of domestic construction industry chain management system.On the basis of practice and literature analysis,this paper expounds the concept of assembly architecture and the advantages of industrial chain.By using WSR,i.e.physical,rational and human system methodology,it probes into the elements of the construction of the management system of assembly architecture industrial chain,and constructs the management system of assembly architecture industrial chain based on the theory of industrial value chain.
