摘　　要：近年来,随着我国装配式建筑的快速发展,预制墙板产品在工程中的应用越来越广泛。技术指标是评价产品质量的重要手段。本文在梳理我国墙板相关技术标准的基础上,重点分析现行技术标准对外墙板的性能要求,构建了针对预制非承重外墙板的技术性能指标体系,为外墙板系统的性能设计、编制相关通用技术要求提供参考。In recent years, with the rapid development of fabricated buildings, prefabricated wall panel have become more and more widely used in engineering. Technical Index is an important means to evaluate product quality. In this paper, based on the relevant technical standards of Chinese wallboard, the performance requirements of current technical standards for exterior wallboard are analyzed, and a technical index system for non-load-bearing precast exterior wallboard is constructed It provides the reference for the performance design of the exterior wall panel system and the compilation of the related general technical requirements.
