摘　　要："十三五"以来,我国各地区在经济发展中都格外重视知识产权战略的制定,不断提高专利保有量。以贵州科技型中小企业知识产权证券化发展及对策研究为主线,选取贵州科技型中小企业知识产权相关数据及政策法规进行分析,探究贵州科技型中小企业知识产权证券化发展的必要性和可行性,总结贵州科技型中小企业知识产权证券化发展过程中会存在的问题。据此,提出治理的对策建议,以丰富贵州知识产权证券化研究的理论基础,为改善贵州科技型中小企业的融资困境提供方案。Since the 13 th five year plan, all regions in China have attached great importance to the formulation of intellectual property strategy in economic development, and constantly improved the number of patents. Based on the research on the development and countermeasures of intellectual property securitization of Guizhou science and technology-based SMEs, this paper analyzes the relevant data of Guizhou science and technology-based SMEs and policies and regulations of intellectual property,explores the necessity and feasibility of the development of intellectual property securitization of Guizhou science and technologybased SMEs, and summarizes the problems in the development process of intellectual property securitization of Guizhou science and technology-based SMEs. Based on this, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enrich the theoretical basis of the research on intellectual property securitization in Guizhou, and provides solutions for improving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises in Guizhou.
