摘　　要：项目管理是对成功地达成一系列目标相关活动的整体监测和管控,"项目经理"是其中非常重要的角色。融合应用"项目经理"管理模式与临床医学工程大型项目,可避免沟通协调困难、项目计划和目标不明确、项目档案缺失、临床满意度低等问题,选定适宜的"项目经理",可实现从项目调研、实施到培训验收的全过程把控,提升各模块运作效率,缩短项目实施周期。Project management is the overall monitoring and control of some activities related to successfully achieving a series of goals. "Project manager" is also a very important role in the process of project management. The integration of "project manager" management mode and large-scale clinical medical engineering projects can avoid communication and coordination difficulties, unclear project plans and goals, lack of project files, low clinical satisfaction, and select the appropriate project manager, from project investigation to implementation to training and acceptance, to realize the whole process control of the project, improve the operation efficiency of each module, and shorten the project implementation cycle.
