摘  要:磷石膏晶须本身具有溶解性,作为填料加入造纸系统时,总会有部分溶解进入白水循环系统,使白水中的Ca^2+和SO4^2-不断积累而对湿部运行、造纸设备和成纸性能等产生较大的影响。实验通过Ba(OH)2和H3PO4与白水体系中的SO4^2-和Ca^2+反应,生成混合沉淀物,再将其回用于造纸体系之中。结果表明,较未添加混合沉淀物的纸张,混合沉淀物加填量为5%或10%时,填料在纸张内的留着率明显增加,而且纸张的各项性能也有较好的保持,白度、不透明度和撕裂度随之增加,抗张强度、耐破度和耐折度有所下降。Phosphogypsum whisker has solubility.When phosphogypsum whisker is added to the papermaking system as a filler,it partially dissolves into the white water circulation system,which will cause Ca^2+and SO4^2-accumulate in white water continuously and have a greater impact on wet end operation,papermaking equipment and papermaking et al.In the experiment,Ba(OH)2 and H3PO4 reacted with SO4^2-and Ca^2+in the white water system and generated mixed precipitates,which were reused in the papermaking system afterwards.The results show that the retention rate of filler in the paper was significantly increased when the mixed sediment was added at 5%or 10%compared with paper without mixed sediment addition,furthermore,most properties of paper have been well maintained,such as,the whiteness-brightness,opacity and tearing increased,and the tensile strength,burst resistance and folding resistance decreased.
