摘  要:采用正交实验对丝光化浆抄造空气滤纸条件进行优化,并采用极差分析检验得到优化的抄造工艺条件,确定了优化的高透气空气滤纸原纸工艺:NaOH浓度为5 mol/L,处理时间为60 min,处理温度为50℃,纸浆浓度为4%。经验证实验后得出的滤纸原纸最佳透气度为1 398 L/(m^2·s),松厚度为6.98 cm^3/g。The fabrication conditions of mercerized air filter paper were optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the optimum copying conditions were obtained by means of extreme difference analysis. The optimum combination of high breathable air filter paper was determined as follows: the concentration of NaOH was 5 mol/L, the treatment time was 60 min, the treatment temperature was 50 ℃, and the concentration of pulp is 4%. After verification, the optimum air permeability and loose thickness of the filter paper are 1 398 L/(m^2·s) and 6.98 cm^3/g, respectively.
