摘  要:传统的自动扶梯踏板振动故障自愈方法自愈时间长,很容易带来安全问题。为了提高自动扶梯踏板的安全系数,基于免疫Agent设计了一种新的自动扶梯踏板振动故障自愈方法,分析自动扶梯踏板系统之间的关系,建立自动扶梯踏板振动故障自愈模型,根据建立的模型进行故障自愈,通过外部的传感器与内部的传感器检测故障信息,确定故障区域后将故障区域隔离以便不影响其他部分正常工作,通过网络连接管理重构网络,基于Agent的免疫算法对自动扶梯踏板进行免疫系统的设立。为检测方法效果,与传统自愈方法进行实验对比,结果表明,基于免疫Agent的自动扶梯踏板振动故障自愈方法抗体与抗原的结合率接近100%,能有效清除抗原,消除障碍,大大缩减故障自愈时间,提高自动扶梯踏板的安全性。The traditional escalator pedal vibration fault self-healing method has a long self-healing time and can easily bring safety problems.In order to improve the safety factor of the escalator pedal,a new automatic escalator pedal vibration fault self-healing method is designed based on the immune agent.The relationship between the escalator pedal system is analyzed,and the escalator pedal vibration fault self-healing model is established.The model performs self-healing,detects fault information through external sensors and internal sensors,isolates the fault area after determining the fault area so as not to affect the normal operation of other parts,and reconstructs the network through network connection management.The agent-based immune algorithm is on the escalator.The pedal is used to establish the immune system.In order to compare the effect of the detection method with the traditional self-healing method,the results show that the binding rate of antibody and antigen based on the immune agent-based escalator pedal vibration fault self-healing method is close to 100%,which can effectively remove the antigen,eliminate the obstacle,and greatly reduce the fault.Self-healing time to improve the safety of the escalator pedal.
