摘 要:为了提高桥梁下部结构加固性能,提出一种基于旋喷法的桥梁下部结构加固技术。在纵向力的作用下,采用高强复合纤维层约束旋喷方法进行桥梁的钢筋混凝土装配式加固填充,采用10 mm厚锰钢板进行加固,对下部结构采用粘贴钢板的加固方法。计算盖梁及系梁的应力特征,根据应力特征进行桥墩盖梁加固后的抗剪力计算,采用旋喷法将原来盖梁截面加固成矩形截面,增强盖梁悬臂抵抗负弯矩的能力,采用旋喷法实现对桥梁下部结构加固优化,提高桥梁下部结构的抗拉力和应力屈服响应。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行桥梁下部结构加固性能较好,参数表现性能较优。In order to improve the strengthening performance of the bridge understructure,a new reinforcement technique based on rotary jet method is proposed.Under the action of longitudinal force,the reinforced concrete prefabricated filling,10 mm thick manganese steel plate and bonding steel plate are used to reinforce the bridge with high strength composite fiber layer confined rotary spray method.The stress characteristics of the cover beam and the tie beam are calculated,according to the stress characteristics,the shear strength of the reinforced bridge pier cover beam is calculated,and the original cover beam section is reinforced into a rectangular section by means of rotary spray method,which enhances the ability of the cover beam cantilever to resist negative bending moment.In order to improve the tensile force and stress yield response of the bridge substructure,the rotation spray method is used to optimize the reinforcement of the bridge understructure.The test results show that the performance of the method is better and the performance of the parameters is better.
