摘  要:传统的接触网道岔检修装置检修时容易对道岔连接杆造成二次损失,使其绝缘性相对变差。为此,设计基于大数据分析的接触网道岔自动检修装置。利用大数据分析算法,针对不同的检修目标,使用不同的模型分析故障数据,设计执行机构机械臂的机械结构,计算减速电机负载转矩,以此为依据,选择YDS90电动机带动机械臂工作,将分析结果与检修工作对接,实现接触网道岔自动检修。测试结果表明:与传统的检修装置相比,基于大数据分析的接触网道岔自动检修装置检修完成后,道岔连接杆处的泄露电流在0.61~0.64 mA之间,绝缘电阻在3.2~3.5Ω之间,电阻值在9.7~11.0Ω之间,趋于稳定,检修装置未对道岔连接杆造成损失,绝缘性良好。The traditional overhauls of overhead lines switches are easy to cause secondary losses to the connection rod of the switch,which makes its insulation relatively worse.Therefore,an automatic overhauls of overhead lines switches based on big data analysis is designed.Use of big data analysis algorithm,according to different inspection targets,use different model to analyze the fault data,the mechanical structure of mechanical arm design actuators,computing gear motor load torque,on this basis,select YDS90 motor driving mechanical arm work,will dock analysis results and the repair work,to realize automatic catenary switch maintenance.The test results show that compared with the traditional overhaul device,after overhaul,the automatic overhaul device of overhead contact network switch based on big data analysis is completed,the leakage current at switch connection rod is between 0.61~0.64 mA,the insulation resistance is between 3.2~3.5 Ω,the resistance value is between 9.7~11.0 Ω,which is stable.The overhaul device has not caused the loss to the switch connecting rod,and the insulation is good.
