摘  要:当前超高压送点线路的保护方法,未考虑超高压送电线路的稳态超越,导致电力系统输电情况变动时电阻误差计算不准确,从而不能完成过渡电阻倾斜角的自适应调整,存在有效性差的问题。针对上述问题,提出超高压送电线路自适应距离保护技术,分析了距离继电器在系统中受过渡电阻的影响情况,研究了超高压送电线路的稳态超越,在此基础上分析了测量阻抗在电力系统中的变化情况,得出负荷电流、故障点位置和系统参数等因素都会对阻抗误差造成影响。引入自适应调整系数对倾斜角进行调整,消除过渡电阻对距离保护的影响,通过调整系数改变继电器在系统中的特性,实现超高压送电线路的自适应距离保护。在Power Fcatory软件中搭建了实验环境,对比不同过渡电阻下超高压送电线路自适应距离保护技术和传统方法的距离保护动作情况,实验结果表明,超高压送电线路自适应距离保护技术具有较高的有效性,使继电器在超高压送电线路中的工作更安全。The protection method of the current ultra-high voltage transmission line does not consider the steady-state overrun of the UHV transmission line,which leads to the inaccurate calculation of the resistance error when the power system transmission condition changes,so that the adaptive adjustment of the transition angle of the transition resistance cannot be completed,which has poor effectiveness.Aiming at the above problems,the adaptive distance protection technology of UHV transmission line is proposed.The influence of the distance relay on the transition resistance in the system is analyzed.The steady-state overshoot of the EHV transmission line is studied.Based on this,the measured impedance is analyzed.Changes in the power system,such as load current,fault location and system parameters,will affect the impedance error.The adaptive adjustment coefficient is introduced to adjust the tilt angle to eliminate the influence of the transition resistance on the distance protection.By adjusting the coefficient to change the characteristics of the relay in the system,the adaptive distance protection of the ultra-high voltage transmission line is realized.The experimental environment is built in Power Fcatory software to compare the distance protection action of the UHV transmission line adaptive distance protection technology and the traditional method under different transition resistances.The experimental results show that the UHV transmission line adaptive distance protection technology has better The high efficiency makes the relay work safer in the EHV transmission line.
