摘  要:帽型次级直线感应电机被广泛应用于城轨交通系统中.当列车经过弯道时,帽型直线电机的初、次级之间会发生横向偏移,次级板涡流和气隙磁密的横向分布将会发生畸变,导致初级所受的侧向力不再为零.针对帽型直线电机横向偏移的特殊工况,研究了其电磁特性和力特性.首先,给出了帽型直线电机初级推力、法向力和侧向力的有限元求解公式.其次,通过建立帽型直线电机3-D有限元模型,分析了电机在不同偏移量下次级板涡流和气隙磁密的分布,计算了磁密横向分布的畸变率.最后,得到了不同偏移量下三维力随转差频率的变化曲线,对比了平板型电机和帽型次级直线电机的力学特性.研究结果表明,初级横向偏移时帽型直线电机能够提供更大的牵引力和法向吸引力及更小的侧向排斥力,提升电机的效率,增加车辆的稳定性.Linear induction motor with cap-secondary is widely used in urban rail transit systems.When the train passes the curve,the eddy current distribution on the secondary and transverse distribution of the air gap magnetic density will be distorted for the lateral displacement between the primary and secondary.Meanwhile,the lateral force of primary will no longer be zero.Considering the special working condition of the lateral offset,the electromagnetic characteristics and force characteristics of linear motor with cap-secondary are studied.Firstly,the thrust,vertical force and lateral force of the linear induction motor based on the finite element analysis model are obtained.Secondly,by establishing a 3-D finite model,the distribution of the eddy current on the secondary plate and air gap magnetic density under different offsets of the motor are analyzed,and the distortion rate of the magnetic density lateral distribution is calculated.Finally,the variation curves of three-dimensional force with slip frequency under different offsets are obtained.The force characteristics of the flat linear motor and the linear motor with cap-secondary are compared.The results show that the linear motor with cap-secondary can provide greater thrust and attractive force at vertical direction,smaller repulsive force at lateral direction,which improve the efficiency of the motor and increase the stability of the vehicle.
