摘 要:读者对图书馆满意程度是反映学校图书资源建设和服务水平高低的重要指标。此文通过对天津城市职业学院的图书馆的研究,以管理学范畴的顾客满意度模型为基础,采用层次分析法评估各项指标权重以此建立评估体系,达到数据优化和决策支持的目标。通过问卷调查的方式获取读者对学校图书馆满意程度的多种直接数据,为优化学校图书馆的资源建设和服务水平给出重要的依据。Satisfaction of reader to the library is the important index reflecting the construction of library resources and service level.Through the researches made on the library of Tianjin City Vocational College,the system of evaluation is set up accordingly by means of evaluating various indexes weights using Analytic Hierarchy Process based on the satisfaction model of customers under category of management in order to reach the optimized data and target of decision support.Various direct data for satisfaction of reader to the library of the College are obtained through questionnaire for the important reference to the optimization of library resource construction and service level.
