新中国建设学会性质及地位考略

摘　　要：新中国建设学会是1932年由蒋介石的幕僚黄郛等人倡议成立的旨在研究国事的社会团体,它站在“善意的协赞现政权”的立场上,以稳健、求实的姿态介入国事。新中国建设学会拥有二百多名会员,包括大量拥有海外留学背景或国内高等学校毕业,在国民政府行政部门、铁路、银行和高校等机构工作的权力知识精英。梳理新中国建设学会的会员构成、活动经费、组织运作等情况,很难将其简单地定性为文化救亡团体,它至少应是具备半官方背景的社会团体。新中国建设学会通过会员的专业研究,为国民政府的决策提供参考。The New China Construction Society was founded on June 19,1932 by Huang Fu,Zhang Yaozeng,and Zhao Zhengping,in consideration of the national crisis.The aim of the association was to try to bring together people with lofty ideals in the country to be committed to schooling and to build a new nation and society.The New China Construction Society had a relatively systematic and complete organizational structure.Its members included government officials,university professors,famous bankers,financiers,educators,and professionals and celebrities from all occupations.By combing the membership of the New China Construction Society,the activities of the funds,the organization and operation,etc.,it was difficult to characterize it as a simple cultural salvation group.Although the association advertised as an academy,its ultimate goal was for the social care of national rejuvenation and social salvation.
