摘　　要：煤炭资源是我国国民经济发展的重要保障,其供需结构关系到煤炭市场发展趋势。简要介绍近20年中国煤炭生产和消费情况,对2019年煤炭供需现状及下游产业的消费情况进行分析,以2000年以来煤炭进出口量变化情况为背景,剖析了2019年煤炭进口来源和种类,指出2019年原煤产量同比增长4%且进口煤中大多为动力煤。通过梳理中国煤炭生产、供给和消费结构体系,确定了中国煤炭生产和消费结构图总框架。由分析探讨可知,煤加工转换系统、燃煤工业锅炉、燃煤电站及煤化工系统存在的环保问题尤为突出,应积极采取环境污染防治措施,实现煤炭生产和消费的高质量发展。Coal resource is an important guarantee for China’s national economic development.Its structure of supply and demand is related to the development trend of coal market.This paper introduced the coal production and consumption in China within 20 years,analyzed the current situation of coal supply and demand in 2019 and the consumption of downstream industries,as well as anatomized the sources and types of coal imports in 2019 based on the changes of coal imports and exports since 2000 as the background,the most of the imported coal in 2019 is the steam coal and the raw coal production increased by 4%than the last year.The structural system of coal production,supply and consumption in China was combed,to determine the general structure graph of Chinese coal production and consumption.According to the analysis and discussion,the serious environmental problems were existed in the coal conversion system,coal-fired industrial boilers,coal-fired power plants and coal chemical system,the measures were taken actively to prevent and control environmental pollution,so as to realize the high-quality development of coal production and consumption.
