摘 要:煤的发热量是煤质分析和煤炭计价的重要指标之一,煤用作动力燃料时其灰分含量增加则煤中可燃及其他产热物质含量相对减少、煤的发热量降低。通过试验对单一煤种及混煤中灰分与发热量相关关系进行进一步探究,根据试验结果分别推导出适用不同煤炭的经验公式并验证预报精度,可依据煤中灰分含量对发热量进行预测及校核。简述灰分及发热量的测定方法,对单一煤种以及混煤进行相应试验,并比较单煤和混煤发热量与灰分的相关性。通过试验分别测定单一煤种及混煤中的灰分含量和发热量,分析数据并绘制影响曲线,计算并验证单一煤种及混煤的灰分含量与发热量的线性相关关系。在积累大量实测数据的基础上计算推导出单一煤种及混煤中灰分与发热量的经验公式,测定其灰分即可较好地估算出相应煤的发热量,将其作为实测值的重要参考,以期为实验室结果审查、厂矿质量控制、燃煤锅炉配煤燃烧等提供参考依据。The calorific value of coal is one of the important indicators of coal quality analysis and coal pricing.When coal is used as power fuel,as the ash content increases,the content of combustible and other heat-generating substances in coal will relatively reduce,and the calorific value of coal reduces as well.Through experiments,the relationship between ash content and calorific value of single coal and mixed coal was further explored.According to the experimental results,empirical formulas for different coals were derived and the forecast accuracy was verified.Thus,the calorific value could be predicted and corrected based on the ash content of coal.This paper briefly described the detection method of ash and calorific value,relative experiments for single coal and mixed coal were done,the correlations between the calorific value and ash for the single coal and mixed coal were compared.By analyzing the data and drawing the influence curve,the linear correlation between the ash content and the calorific value was calculated and verified.Based on the accumulation of a large amount of measured data,the empirical formulas of ash and calorific value in single coal and mixed coal can be calculated and deduced,the ash content can be measured to estimate the calorific value of the corresponding coal,which is an important reference for the measured value.Thus,it’s expected to provide reference for laboratory results review,quality control of factories and mines,coal blending and combustion of coal-fired boiler,etc.
