摘 要:实验选用合肥经开区某污水处理厂的好氧池污泥作为接种污泥,经过厌氧反应器处理的养猪场废水作为进水,在序批式反应器(SBR)内进行反应.经过氨氮负荷提高阶段,pH调节阶段,投加缓冲物质阶段的三阶段连续实验,将氨氮去除率和亚硝态氮积累率分别提高至90.7%和88.9%,短程硝化启动成功.最后计算出水的游离氨(FA)和游离亚硝酸(FNA)并用平行因子法(PARAFAC)分析出水水样中的荧光物质.In this experiment,the aerobic pond sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Hefei Economic Development Zone was used as the inoculated sludge,and the pig farm wastewater treated by the anaerobic reactor was used as the influent,and the reaction was carried out in the SBR reactor.After the ammonia nitrogen load increase phase,the pH adjustment phase,and the adding buffer material phase,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate and the nitrite nitrogen accumulation rate were increased to 90.5%and 88.1%,respectively,and the short-range nitrification was successfully started.Finally,the FA and FNA of water were calculated and the fluorescent substances in the water sample were analyzed by the parallel factor analysis.
