摘 要:该研究通过形态学观察及16S rDNA序列分析对XM-4菌株进行了鉴定,采用平板对峙法检测XM-4菌株对玉米弯孢病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、串珠镰刀病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌、瓜炭疽病菌、茶叶炭疽病菌等6种植物病原真菌的拮抗作用;并对XM-4菌株的发酵原液抑菌活性进行了检测;同时测定目标菌株XM-4对纤维素的降解活性和DPPH的清除能力.结果表明XM-4菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌对6种病原菌均有较强的抑制作用,最高抑菌率接近90%.连续发酵3 d的发酵产物对DPPH的清除率可达84.3%.XM-4菌株的CMCase和FPase酶活均在第3天达到最高值,分别是203.74 U/mL和172.66 U/mL.In this study,the XM-4 strain was identified by morphological observation and 16S r DNA sequence analysis.The antagonistic effect of XM-4 strain against six plants pathogenic fungi including Curvularia lunata,Fusarium graminearum,Fusarium moniliforme,Fusarium oxysporium,Melon anthrax,Gloeosporium theae-sinensis Miyake was detected by the plate-tospot method.The fermented product stock solution and concentrated solution of the XM-4 strain were examined for their inhibitory effect against pathogenic bacteria;Meanwhile,the cellulose degradation activity and DPPH scavenging ability of the target strain XM-4 were determined.The results showed that the XM-4 strain was classified as Bacillus subtilis which had strong inhibitory effect against the six pathogenic fungi,and the highest inhibition rate is close to 90%.The rate of DPPH scavenging by the fermented product which was continuously fermented for 3 days reached 84.3%.CMCase and FPase activity of XM-4 reached the highest value on the third day,which were 203.74 U/mL and 172.66 U/mL,respectively.
