摘  要:以半支莲组培苗为试材,研究不同盐胁迫对半支莲组培苗生理指标影响及半支莲对盐胁迫耐性阈值.结果表明:半支莲组培苗根系长度和生物量均随盐浓度增加而降低,茎色素随盐浓度增加而加深,高浓度盐分色素沉积又趋于下降;根系可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量在盐胁迫浓度150 mmol/L达最高,而后随盐浓度的增加其含量降低;根系MDA含量,随着盐胁迫增强,MDA含量显著升高;组培苗根系抗氧化酶活性均随着盐胁迫增加呈先上升后下降趋势.A tissue-cultured experiment was conducted to investigate the physiological mechanism of Portulaca grandiflora Hook plantlets in response to salt stress and its tolerance threshold to salt stress.various salt concentrations were employed and arranged by a completely randomized design with five replications.The changes in the number of stem branches,stem pigment accumulation,root growth,MDA,soluble protein and proline content as well as antioxidant enzyme activities were analyzed.Root length and biomass were significantly reduced,stem pigment accumulation showed their descending following their ascending,and the number of stem branches decreased with increasing salt stress level.The soluble protein and proline contents in root arrived at maximum in salt concentration 150 mmol/L.A significant increase of the content of MDA in root was detected.The antioxidant enzymes activities in root of plantlets initially increased but then decreased with duration of salinity treatments.
