摘 要:以一系列多元醇类低共熔溶剂提取香椿籽总黄酮,并以提取率为评价指标,对其提取参数进行优化.利用超声辅助提取法优化提取香椿籽总黄酮.结果表明香椿总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为摩尔比1:3,液固比1:50(mg/mL),含水量30%,时间35 min,且氯化胆碱-1,2-丙二醇低共熔溶剂对香椿籽总黄酮的提取率明显优于传统溶剂(P<0.01).因此,DES作为香椿籽总黄酮的提取剂优于传统的提取方法,可以为香椿深加工的应用提供新的思路.Objective:Extraction of total flavonoids from toona sinensis seeds were carried by series of polyol deep eutecticsolvents and extraction parameter was optimied with extraction rate as evaluation index.Methods:the extraction parameters of total flavonoids from toona sinensis seeds were optimized by UAE.Results:the optimal conditions of extraction total flavonoids from toona sinensis were molar ratio 1∶3,liquid-solid ratio 1∶50,water content 30%and in 35 min,the extraction efficiency of green eutectic solvent was significantly better than that of traditional solvent(P<0.01).Conclusion:DES is better than the traditional solvent in the extraction of total flavonoids from toona sinensis seeds,which can provide new ideas for the further processing of toona sinensis.
