中浆复明汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中浆复明汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法纳入研究的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组接受中药中浆复明汤加减治疗,对照组予口服复合维生素B片治疗。结果观察组患者35例,痊愈28例,好转5例,无效2例,有效率94.29%;对照组患者35例,痊愈2例,好转9例,无效24例,有效率31.43%;两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中浆复明汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变效果较好,对缩短本病病程,恢复患者视力有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of Zhongjiang Fuming Decoction in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods The patients included in the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group,in which the observation group received Chinese medicine Zhongjiang Fuming Decoction treatment and the control group received oral multivitamin B tablets.Results In the observation group,35 patients were cured,28 were cured,5 were improved,2 were ineffective,and the effective rate was 94.29%.In the control group,35 patients were cured,2 were cured,9 were improved,24 were ineffective,and the effective rate was 31.43%;comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhongjiang Fuming Decoction has a good effect on central serous chorioretinopathy,which has a good curative effect on shortening the course of the disease and restoring the patient’s vision.It is worthy of clinical application.
