临床护理路径在老年原发性高血压患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者护理中运用临床护理路径的临床效果。方法选择2017年5月至2018年5月期间我院收治的老年原发性高血压患者98例为研究对象,根据掷硬币法将其分为两组,其中对照组采用常规护理,而观察组则运用临床护理路径,对两组的护理效果进行比较分析。结果干预前,两组的收缩压和舒张压比较无差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的舒张压和收缩压水平分别为(87.3±3.1)mm Hg、(132.1±7.2)mm Hg,而对照组的舒张压和收缩压水平分别为(93.6±34.2)mm Hg、(148.8±9.3)mm Hg,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的疾病认知率较高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的护理有效率高,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);同时,两组患者的护理满意度对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在对老年原发性高血压患者进行治疗时,再运用临床护理路径,一方面可以使患者正确认识疾病,提高疾病认知率,另一方面还能降低舒张压和收缩压水平,提高护理有效率,从而增强患者的护理满意度,具有一定的推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying clinical nursing path in the nursing of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study object and divided into two groups according to the method of coin toss.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in the systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were(87.3±3.1)mm Hg and(132.1±7.2)mm Hg,respectively,while the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels in the control group were(93.6±34.2)mm Hg and(148.8±9.3)mm Hg,respectively,showing significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the disease awareness rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing efficiency of the observation group was high,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In clinical treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension(EH),and using clinical nursing pathway,on the one hand can make the correct understanding of disease patients,improve disease swot analysis,on the other hand also can reduce the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels,improve nursing efficiency,to enhance patient satisfaction with care,has certain promotion value.
