摘　　要：目的建立健脾利湿和胃膏中白芍、丹参和黄柏的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别健脾利湿和胃膏中的白芍、丹参和黄柏三种主药。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。结论薄层色谱鉴别方法简便准确,专属性、重现性好,可用于鉴别健脾利湿和胃膏中的白芍、丹参和黄柏。Objective To establish an TLC method for the identification of Radix paeoniae alba,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Cortex phellodendri in jianpilishihewei Paste.Methods Radix paeoniae alba,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Cortex phellodendri in jianpilishihewei Paste were identified by TLC.Results The thin layer chromatograph spot is clear and the negative does not have the disturbance.Conclusion The method of TLC is convenient,Accurate,Specificity,and reproducible.It may use in distinguishing Radix paeoniae alba,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Cortex phellodendri in jianpilishihewei Paste.
