复方甘草酸苷片联合综合疗法用于治疗变应性皮肤血管炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察变应性皮肤血管炎治疗中应用复方甘草酸苷片联合综合疗法的临床效果。方法选择我院变应性皮肤血管炎患者实施此次研究,例数为80例,从2017年1月开始,至2018年1月终止,根据入院时间分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组使用复方甘草酸苷片联合综合疗法,对照组使用综合疗法,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组为25.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗2周后总有效率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗4周及6周后总有效率为87.50%、95.00%,对照组分别为65.00%、77.50%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合疗法及复方甘草酸苷片联合用于变应性皮肤血管炎中,效果十分显著,有效提升机体用药效率,降低不良发应发生率,临床应用及推广价值极高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with comprehensive therapy in the treatment of allergic cutaneous vasculitis.Methods The study was performed in patients with allergic cutaneous vasculitis in our hospital.The number of cases was 80 cases,starting from January 2017 and ending in January 2018.According to the admission time,the observation group was divided into observation group(40 cases)and control.Group(40 cases).The observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with comprehensive therapy,and the control group was treated with comprehensive therapy to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,and that in the control group was 25.00%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment for 2 weeks(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 87.50%and 95.00%after 4 weeks and 6 weeks in the observation group,and 65.00%and 77.50%in the control group,respectively.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of combined therapy and compound glycyrrhizin tablets in allergic cutaneous vasculitis has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the efficiency of the body and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.The clinical application and promotion value is extremely high.
