MSCT检查联合腹部平片检查对临床上疑似胃肠穿孔患者诊断的有效性

摘　　要：目的研究MSCT检查联合腹部平片检查对临床上疑似胃肠穿孔患者诊断的有效性。方法选取我院于2018年3月至2019年3月期间接治的80例疑似胃肠穿孔患者为本次研究对象,对以上患者先进行腹部平片检查,再进行腹部平片联合MSCT检查。结果腹部平片检查出80例患者均为阴性,游离气体检出率为61.25%;腹部平片联合MSCT检查游离气体检出率为95.00%,腹部平片检查和腹部平片联合MSCT检查的检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹部平片联合MSCT检查准确率为86.25%。结论MSCT检查联合腹部平片检查对临床上疑似胃肠穿孔患者诊断具有显著的检测准确率,该检测方法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the effectiveness of MSCT combined abdominal plain film in the diagnosis of patients with suspected gastrointestinal perforation.Methods From march 2018 to march 2019,80 patients with gastrointestinal perforation were selected as the subjects of this study.Results The detection rate of free gas was 61.25%,that of abdominal plain film combined with MSCT was 95.00%,that of abdominal plain film combined with abdominal plain film combined with MSCT was 95.00%There was significant difference in the detection rate of T examination(P<0.05).The accuracy of abdominal plain film combined with MSCT was 86.25%.Conclusion MSCT combined with abdominal plain film has significant accuracy in the diagnosis of suspected gastrointestinal perforation.This method is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
