胸腔镜小切口胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗结核性脓胸的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的观察胸腔镜小切口胸膜纤维板剥脱术对结核性脓胸的治疗效果。方法选择我院结核性脓胸患者实施此次研究,例数为80例,时间为2017年1月至2018年1月,根据入院时间分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组使用胸腔镜小切口胸膜纤维板剥脱术,对照组使用开放性胸膜纤维板剥脱术,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组术后置管时间、住院时间、手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项心肺功能指标改善情况均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组为20.00%(P<0.05)。结论在结核性脓胸治疗中应用胸腔镜小切口胸膜纤维板剥脱术,可降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者心肺功能,降低术中出血量,临床应用及推广价值极高。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of thoracoscopic small incision pleural fibrosis on tuberculous empyema.Methods The study was conducted in patients with tuberculous empyema in our hospital.The number of cases was 80 cases.The time was from January 2017 to January 2018.According to the drawing method,it was divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The observation group was treated with thoracoscopic small incision pleural fibrectomy,and the control group was treated with open pleural fibrectomy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative catheterization time,hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of cardiopulmonary function indexes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was 5.00%in the observation group and 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of thoracoscopic small incision pleural fibrectomy in the treatment of tuberculous empyema can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and has high clinical application and promotion value.
